• The Meta Platform Terms.

Failure to comply with these policies may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use The AiBot to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages.
• Transmit illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer the platform or bypass its limits.

5. Fees and Payments

Subscription fees are billed in advance according to your selected plan. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

The AiBot is provided "as is." We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to business interruption or loss of data.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
